Two storey zinc, timber and masonary house, carved into south facing hill with multiple terraces and decks. House contains an integrated ‘granny flat’ designed as part of the overall composition.

House is located on a steeply sloping, south facing site with extensive sea views – captured through the careful placement of the different volumes and external spaces.

Entry is at the upper ‘ground’ level which contains the main inter-connected Living spaces. Bedrooms are located at the lower ground level with access to several external spaces. Construction includes steel frame, timber frame, zinc sheeting and timber cladding.
