We are a practice of creative, professional architects, designing high-quality, distinctive, and appropriate buildings. Kenneth Hennessy Architects Ltd is skilled and experienced in the design and delivery of public, private, and voluntary sector projects including award-winning social housing, libraries, school buildings, private residences and conservation works.  Since the establishment of the practice in 1998, our portfolio demonstrates our proven track record in delivering design and construction solutions for a wide range of projects, from new dwellings, extensions, and refurbishments, through to larger public projects and master-planning.

Our collaborative and inclusive design approach means that we firstly listen to our clients, in order to clearly understand your needs, and work together with you to develop a design solution that sparks your imagination, meets your requirements, and helps to realise your vision

Our role as architects is to firstly understand what it is you want, before we embark on the design process with you. WE CREATE

We offer a diverse and wide ranging design process and we use a variety of media to illustrate and communicate our ideas to you. These include sketches, drawings, 3D computer graphics, photography and physical models. These form a key part of our communication process and ensure that our design proposals are easily understood as your design develops.

WE DELIVER

We have a strong technical foundation in the delivery of construction projects, encompassing architecture, construction management and energy-efficiency. We strive to deliver quality during construction and we provide a level of personal and professional commitment to ensure that this key goal is achieved.

Our Team

Our talented and creative team takes great pride in helping our clients. We focus on producing innovative designs through clear communication, creative solutions and our over-riding commitment to quality. With considerable experience at all Project Stages, our professional and technical staff have the necessary skill sets and expertise to successfully deliver a range of architectural services to our clients.

The Directors maintain a policy of personal involvement in all projects and close attention is paid to the quality and standard of work produced by the practice. Our team brings considerable experience and specialist expertise, enabling the practice to address the full range of project issues that can arise.  The building of personal relationships is a key element of successful teamwork and we endeavour to match like-minded people throughout each stage of our projects.

We have considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of planning, design and conservation challenges. The senior staff available within the practice allow for the provision of comprehensive and integrated design services, whilst the skills sets available amongst our team ensure a creative and sustainable approach to all our projects.

It is our policy to employ and develop personnel who have both the professional and inter-personal skills to deal effectively and co-operatively with our clients and to provide a service, which fully satisfies our clients, and keeps them as committed to us, as we are to them.
