We are experienced in dealing with complex planning applications in Ireland and the UK and we provide Planning and Development advice to clients throughout all stages of their projects, including First Party and Third Party Planning Appeals.

We use the services of specialist Planning Consultants, Ecologists, Archaeologists and others when specific projects require additional expert advice and opinions.

We have completed Part 8 (public) Planning submissions for Local Authority Housing, libraries, public parks, playgrounds and sports complexes.  A key aspect of our public planning work is the administration of Public Consultation processes on behalf of our public sector clients.

Site Inspections and Contract Administration. Employer’s Representative.

A comprehensive service at Construction Stage is essential in ensuring that the final project meets all our client’s requirements in terms of Time, Cost and Quality.

A high level of personal involvement and commitment to the construction process is necessary and we provide a comprehensive service across private and public sector construction contracts.  We are experienced in administering the RIAI Conditions of Contract, on private projects and the Public Works Contracts on public sector projects.

We invest a considerable portion of our project fee in the Construction Stage to ensure that this critical phase of each project is fully resourced and that frequent Site Inspections, Site Meetings and Project Reporting are effectively completed.
