A new two storey dwelling has commenced on site overlooking Clonmel from Ballingarrane

Part single storey and part two storey mono-pitch dwelling located on the outskirts of Clonmel, pictured this week with it’s new lawn and planting complete. High spec modern interior finishes with an air to water heat pump and mechanical HRV installation. External finishes include timber and stone cladding.

Work has now commenced on renovations & extension of a protected cottage located outside Cahir, Co Tipperary.

A new single storey extension with covered walkway completed this week at St John the Baptist Girls National School in Cashel. We hope the Board of Management, Teachers & Pupils enjoy their new classroom and wish to thank John Ryan Construction for carrying out the works.

Our February Social Club Outing took us to Clonmel Art Centre where Tony Crosse guided us through using alternative mediums rather than the pen & pencil (or computer!!) we are used to.

A new Junkers timber sports floor installed by Facility Flooring at Clonmel Town FC Sports Hall, Cashel Road, Clonmel.  

New secondary school PE Sports Hall with renovations to the existing school building. Existing Gym converted to changing rooms, new Gym and ancillary spaces.  Design incorporated into existing school circulation system and can also be accessed independently by community and other user groups outside of school hours. Currently under construction whilst school remains operational.
