Project details

Development of new four storey over basement retail and office building on the site of two former terraced buildings on Clonmel’s main street. Project provides for 6000 sq. ft of retail space over two inter- connected floors, with two floors of independent offices overhead.

Ground floor retail area is dual aspect with entrances from both O’Connell Street to the front and Mary Street Car Park to the rear. Double height voids create strong visual connections between ground and first floors allowing for valuable first floor retail space to be used.

Shopfront design provides strong central entrance with side entrance to upper floors. Rustenburg granite and hardwood windows are used on the elevation to provide a high quality shopfront.
