Conversion of 1970s concrete framed, brick-clad Bank of Ireland premises to create a large open plan retail unit for River Island clothing company. New Portugese limestone shopfront with anodised bronze framing and full height sliding doors.

Structure of existing building altered significantly and new steel structure – suspended from roof level – inserted in place of former concrete framed structure. New single-storey extension to rear to provide 3000 sq. ft of high quality retail space.
