Large two-storey dwelling located on a coastal site in the South East, with renovated fisherman’s cottage to the front. House designed with all of the Living accommodation – Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, located at first floor to take maximum account of the coastal views to the South.

House is a simple orthogonal plan form with recessed terrace at first floor. Projecting bay accommodates first floor Master Suite and creates a sheltered location for the external deck.

House incorporates sophisticated servicing including future-proof smart wiring and geo-thermal heating system.
