Extension and refurbishment of 1950s cottage. Previous extensions removed and cottage pared back to its original form and size to accommodate Bedrooms. New Entrance Hall constructed and new mono-pitched extension to the rear provide for open-plan Kitchen, Dining and Living spaces. New entrance forecourt and terrace ensure that revised house has strong relationship to its long, narrow site.

Extension designed to blend with existing cottage but with contemporary details such as corner windows and large glazed areas to south facing terrace. Building fabric, energy and services upgrade throughout.
