Large two storey dwelling and stable block, located on a flat site with southerly views of the Comeragh Mountains and views of Slievenamon to the East. House is a replacement for an earlier pre-fabricated 1960s dwelling on the site and forms the first part of an overall development of the landholding. House incorporates open-plan living spaces throughout the entire ground floor in an ‘L’ shaped plan, orientated to take account of the views and sun’s path.

Double-height Living area and Entrance Hallway connect to first floor gallery and Bedrooms. Master Suite designed with terrace overlooking Slievenamon. Central gallery at first floor organises the Bedroom accommodation at either end of the plan and overlooks the Living area.

Service spaces – Bathrooms, Utility Room, Plant Room located on the North side of house with large expanse of South facing accommodation arranged around an external terrace.
