Single storey ‘garden room’ extension to existing 1980s, split-level bungalow with significant re-organisation of existing entrance area and living spaces. New extension has large curved wall, brick ‘garden’ wall and mono-pitch roof to distinguish it from existing house.

External stepped terraces used to provide greater access from existing Living spaces to mature gardens.
