Substantial extension and re-working of 1990s, timber-framed bungalow to provide for additional accommodation. Two separate extensions constructed to re-organise the house and create a better relationship to the site and the existing mature gardens. Living spaces re-organised to create inter-connected open-plan areas. Building fabric and services upgrade included.

Extensions designed to blend with the overall appearance of existing brick-clad bungalow and to provide for flexibility of future use.
