Refurbishment of long, narrow 1970s brick-faced bungalow to provide contemporary family home. Single-storey extension to front to provide additional Kitchen space and to create new entrance and service areas. Internal layout re-ordered to create inter-connected open-plan living spaces along the South facing elevation.

Circulation areas incorporated into Living spaces to reduce the impact of long, narrow plan shape. Services upgrade and energy upgrade works.
