Two-storey extension to the rear of a terraced Victorian townhouse, incorporating open-plan Kitchen and Dining Room with double-height circulation space. Extension orientated to maximise Western light and to address west facing garden. First floor mezzanine area with Master Bedroom and Bathroom.

Extension comprises cantilevered timber frame construction with cedar cladding, trocal roofing and partly glazed roof.
