Large two-storey house with traditional exterior and detailing. Site located on expansive, flat grasslands with distant views of Knockmealdown and Galtee mountains. Design uses both house and garage to create formal arrival courtyard which anchors the house in its rural setting.

Internally accommodation is organised around a double-height hallway and curved stair. House is orientated East / West with Living spaces located to the Southern end to maximise sun-light and views.

Materials externally include local limestone walling and natural slate. Services include ground source geo-thermal heating.
