Clonmel to Carrick Towpath
Great to hear that South Tipperary Co. Council have begun the process of Taking in Charge the towpath between Clonmel and Carrick on Suir, to safeguard its future as an important amenity for the citizens of South Tipperary. Allied to the Re-generation of Denis Burke Park which we are currently working on with Clonmel Borough Council, the Towpath would help to create an extended riverfront amenity.
Proposals are on Public Display at County Hall, Clonmel until 07th February and submissions in support, as well as any objections, can be made until 4 p.m. on Friday 22nd February 2013.
